Refund and Returns Policy
At Mugeno Avenue, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refund Eligibility
- Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund request.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable software, eBooks)
- Health and personal care items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Gift cards
Refund Process
- Initiate a Return: To request a refund, please contact us at sales@mugeno.co.ke with your order number and reason for the return.
- Shipping: If the return is approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Refund Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mugenoavenue.com.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product instead of requesting a refund, please specify this in your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
